{"id":8896,"date":"2023-10-11T10:44:11","date_gmt":"2023-10-11T13:44:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.reflejar.gob.ar\/?p=8896"},"modified":"2023-10-25T08:06:48","modified_gmt":"2023-10-25T11:06:48","slug":"inicio-el-conversatorio-la-justicia-ante-los-derechos-humanos-del-nuevo-siglo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.reflejar.gob.ar\/?p=8896","title":{"rendered":"Inici\u00f3 el Conversatorio \u201cLa Justicia ante los Derechos Humanos del Nuevo Siglo\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ayer martes 10 de octubre mediante la plataforma Zoom del Poder Judicial de Entre R\u00edos, se dio inicio al <strong>Conversatorio &#8220;La Justicia ante los Derechos Humanos del Nuevo Siglo&#8221;<\/strong>, con la participaci\u00f3n de 69 integrantes de la Magistratura y Funcionariado Judicial de Argentina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La actividad, coordinada por el <strong>Dr. Eduardo Llugdar<\/strong>, <em>Vicepresidente 1\u00b0 del Superior Tribunal de Justicia de Santiago del Estero y Vicepresidente 2\u00b0 de REFLEJAR<\/em>; y por la<em> Secretaria Acad\u00e9mica de REFLEJAR<\/em>, <strong>Dra. Alejandra Barrionuevo<\/strong>;  tiene por objetivos: promover el debate reflexivo sobre un tema de actualidad relevante para el ejercicio de la funci\u00f3n judicial argumentativa; reflexionar sobre importancia de los derechos humanos en la justicia actual y explorar desaf\u00edos actuales en la aplicaci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos y la justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta oportunidad, el acto de apertura estuvo a cargo de la <em>Presidenta del Instituto<\/em>, <strong>Dra. Claudia Mizawak<\/strong> y particip\u00f3 en car\u00e1cter de invitado especial el <strong>Dr. Rodolfo Vigo<\/strong>, quien disert\u00f3 sobre el concepto y fundamento de los Derechos
