Objetivos del Conversatorio:
\u25cf Promover el debate reflexivo sobre un tema de actualidad relevante para el ejercicio de la funci\u00f3n judicial argumentativa.-
\u25cf Reflexionar sobre importancia de los derechos humanos en la justicia actual.-
\u25cf Explorar desaf\u00edos actuales en la aplicaci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos y la justicia.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fundamentos:
La necesidad de la reflexi\u00f3n colectiva acerca del paradigma de los derechos humanos y su amplia dimensi\u00f3n e impacto en el universo judicial requiere del encuentro entre la academia y la magistratura que con una mirada amplia y plural recepte las nuevas realidades y est\u00e9 en condiciones de brindar las mejores respuestas por parte de los poderes judiciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
