Gonz\u00e1lez\u201d del Tribunal Superior de Justicia, junto a AMJA &#8220;, invitan a realizar el cuarto m\u00f3dulo denominado \u201cLA JURISPRUDENCIA COMO FACTOR DE INTEGRACI\u00d3N DEL ORDENAMIENTO JUR\u00cdDICO &#8220;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql o9v6fnle ii04i59q\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">El mismo estar\u00e1 a cargo de la Magistrada Mar\u00eda Laura Altamiranda, este modulo se llevar\u00e1 a cabo sobre la importancia del manejo de la jurisprudencia nacional e internacional y se propondr\u00e1 actividades pr\u00e1cticas, articuladas con los contenidos te\u00f3ricos recibidos mediante el an\u00e1lisis de fallos judiciales, que consistir\u00e1 en el an\u00e1lisis de precedentes y su aplicaci\u00f3n a casos concretos.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Tendr\u00e1 lugar el d\u00eda 24 de junio a las 17 hrs. en el auditorio Monse\u00f1or Angelelli y M\u00e1rtires Riojanos del TSJ y est\u00e1 destinado a magistrados, funcionarios, abogados y p\u00fablico en general.
