El pasado viernes 01\u00b0 de abril, se llev\u00f3 a cabo la Jornada de Apertura de A\u00f1o Acad\u00e9mico de REFLEJAR, denominada: \u201cLa evoluci\u00f3n del Derecho Ambiental y los nuevos desaf\u00edos para la Magistratura\u201d.\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>En dicha oportunidad, tuvo a cargo la conferencia Magistral el Dr. Enrique Osvaldo Per<\/b>etti,<\/strong> Ministro del Superior Tribunal de Justicia de Santa Cruz<\/i>. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Las palabras de apertura estuvieron a cargo del se\u00f1or Presidente del Superior Tribunal de Justicia de Tierra del Fuego e Islas del Atl\u00e1ntico Sur, Dr. Javier Muchnik<\/em>; la se\u00f1ora Presidente de la Junta Federal de Cortes, Dra. Mar\u00eda del Carmen Battaini<\/em>; y por la se\u00f1ora Presidenta del Instituto REFLEJAR, Dra. Claudia Mizawak.\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Cabe destacar que la Jornada se realiz\u00f3 por primera vez en modalidad mixta<\/b> (presencial\/virtual), en la que participaron 26 Ministros y Ministras de Cortes y\/o Superiores Tribunales de manera presencial,. y virtualmente se conectaron 82 participantes, integrantes de distintas Cortes del pa\u00eds y Directores\/as y Representantes de las Escuelas Judiciales integrantes de la Red.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
